Everyone in the group tans at $50 each — ten dollars under the walk-in rate. Whoever organises it pays that same rate at the minimum party, and then hers starts falling. You are never the most expensive person in the room, and your price never goes up.

Travel once, not per person
A group pays one travel fee for the whole visit, which is why bringing people is worth it in the outer zones. Totals below already include it, and already include the host reward at each size.

Every Glowtoure service — à la carte, mobile, and bridal — includes a pH-balancing prep spray and a luminous finishing powder, plus barrier cream where you need it. Nothing here is an upsell; it is simply how a Glowtoure tan is done.
Most services use a 50% deposit applied toward your total. Memberships and bundled packages are excluded from the standard deposit policy unless otherwise stated.

How it goes
One visit, one room, everyone done
You only need one person to book, one room with a bit of privacy, and a plug. I set up, tan everyone one at a time, and pack down. About 25 minutes a person — so four of you is around two and a half hours, and eight is closer to four.

Book it 1–3 days before
Colour peaks a day or two after it develops, so aim the appointment just ahead of the event rather than the week before.

Tell everyone how to prep
Exfoliate the day before. Arrive with clean skin — no lotion, oil, makeup, deodorant or perfume. Shave or wax at least 24 hours ahead.

Have a spot ready
A kitchen, bathroom or garage is ideal — somewhere with a hard floor and a little privacy. Loose dark clothes and flip-flops for afterwards.

Rinse together
I'll tell each of you when to rinse based on the depth we chose. Everyone peaks on the same day, which is the whole point of doing it together.

How does a group spray tan work?
I come to you with everything — tent, machine, solutions, and a fan to speed the drying. Each guest is mixed individually for her own skin tone, one at a time, in whatever room has a bit of privacy. Plan on about 25 minutes per person, and I only need one of you to book it.
How many people do I need for a group spray tan?
Four, counting yourself. Below that it's a Duo for two, or individual appointments for three. There's no hard maximum, but eight is the largest party I can slot in automatically — bigger than that and I'll plan it with you personally.
What does the host get?
Your own tan gets cheaper the more people you bring. At four everyone including you pays the group rate. From five, yours is half off. From eight, yours is complimentary. You never pay more than your guests, and your price never goes up.
How much does a group spray tan cost?
Everyone tans at $50 each, which is $10 under the walk-in rate, and travel is included once for the whole party rather than per person. A group of four in the Yuba-Sutter area is $225 total; eight people is $375 with the host's tan free. Sacramento adds $25 to the party total and Placer or El Dorado adds $50.
What do I need to have ready?
A room with a little space and a floor that isn't carpeted if possible — a kitchen, bathroom, or garage all work well. A place to plug in, and somewhere your guests can change. Everyone should arrive exfoliated, with no lotion, oil, makeup or deodorant on. That's it.
How far in advance should we book?
Book the group for 1 to 3 days before the event so everyone peaks at the same time. Weekends fill first, and a group takes a long block, so give me a few weeks' notice for a bachelorette or prom weekend if you can.
Can some of us get a different tier?
Not yet — a group is one tier for everyone right now, which keeps it simple and keeps the rate down. Anyone who wants an infusion or extra contour can add it on the day.
Do you travel for group appointments?
Yes — Yuba and Sutter counties, Sacramento, Placer through Auburn, and El Dorado through Cameron Park. Outside that I'll still usually say yes, it just needs a quick quote first rather than instant booking.
What if someone drops out?
Tell me as soon as you know. The price follows the headcount that actually shows up, so if the number falls below one of the reward tiers, the host's rate moves with it. It's worth confirming your final count the day before.
