Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Glowtoure respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Glowtoure collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through our website, booking request forms, client consent and intake forms, contact forms, mobile service inquiries, payment checkout, and related communications.
By using this website or submitting information to Glowtoure, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
Glowtoure may collect the following information when you use our website, request an appointment, complete a consent or client intake form, submit a contact form, purchase a gift card or product, join a membership, or communicate with us:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service preferences
- Appointment details
- Mobile service address, city, county, and ZIP code when requesting mobile service
- Message content or notes you submit
- Payment-related checkout information processed by our payment provider
- Gift card, membership, or product purchase details when applicable
- Website usage and interaction information — such as pages visited, referral source, device and browser type, and actions taken on the site. Some of this is collected through analytics and advertising tools (see the Cookies, Analytics & Advertising section below), which may set cookies or similar technologies. You can accept or decline these on your first visit and change your choice at any time
Glowtoure does not intentionally collect sensitive medical information through the website. If you choose to share allergies, skin sensitivities, recent treatments, pregnancy-related concerns, or other health-related details so we can evaluate service suitability, we use that information only for appointment safety, preparation, and service-related communication.
How We Use Information
Glowtoure may use collected information to:
- Respond to inquiries
- Review and manage booking requests
- Determine whether a requested service, time, location, or mobile service area can be approved
- Send appointment, payment, quote, preparation, aftercare, and policy-related communications
- Process deposits, payments, gift cards, products, or memberships through third-party providers

- Improve website performance and client experience
- Protect against spam, fraud, abuse, or security issues
- Maintain business records as needed for legal, tax, accounting, or operational purposes
Cookies, Analytics & Advertising
Glowtoure uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how our website is used, measure the performance of our marketing, and improve your experience. These may include:
- Analytics — Google Analytics, plus a privacy-friendly, cookieless usage tool (Vercel Web Analytics), help us see which pages and services are most useful.
- Advertising — Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel help us measure ad performance and show relevant Glowtoure ads. These may set cookies and share limited, non-identifying event information (such as a page view or a completed booking request) with those platforms. For conversion measurement, we may also share a securely hashed (irreversible) version of your email address with Google to match your booking or inquiry to an ad — used only for measurement, never to identify you elsewhere, and only when you have accepted cookies.
When you first visit, you can accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies, and you can change your choice at any time by clearing your site data or contacting us. We use Google Consent Mode, so if you decline, these tools are limited and non-essential cookies are not set. We also honor recognized browser privacy signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where applicable. Declining does not affect your ability to browse the site, request a booking, or receive appointment-related communications.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with these providers for their own independent marketing.
Booking Requests, Deposits, and Payments
Glowtoure may collect booking information through our website and may redirect clients to a secure payment checkout for deposits or purchases. Payment information is processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Glowtoure does not store full credit card numbers on our website servers.
Before an appointment is approved, your deposit secures your booking request and is applied toward your total. If Glowtoure cannot approve your requested appointment time, location, or service area, your deposit will be refunded or offered as a transfer or credit, as described in our Policies.
Third-Party Service Providers
Glowtoure may use trusted third-party providers to operate the website and business systems, including but not limited to:
- Payment processing
- Booking request management
- Email delivery
- Website hosting
- Website analytics
- Spam prevention
- Customer communication tools
- Gift card, membership, or product platforms
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to Glowtoure.
Text, Email, and Phone Communications
By submitting a booking request, contact form, quote request, or other inquiry, you agree that Glowtoure may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your request, appointment, quote, payment, preparation, aftercare, or related service updates. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing messages, if used, will be sent only where permitted by law and with any required consent or opt-out options.
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies — typically an appointment confirmation and a reminder before your visit. Opting out of texts will not affect essential communications sent by other means.
Mobile Service Addresses
If you request mobile service, Glowtoure may use your submitted address, city, county, and ZIP code to determine whether your appointment is inside our approved mobile service area, whether a custom quote is needed, and whether the requested location is practical and safe for service.
Glowtoure may decline or request additional information for mobile appointments outside the approved area or where location, access, timing, or safety concerns exist.
How We Share Information
Glowtoure does not sell your personal information.
Mobile information and SMS opt-in. No mobile information — including your mobile phone number and your text-message (SMS) opt-in consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of personal information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Text-messaging consent is used only by Glowtoure to send the messages you requested.
Glowtoure may share limited information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, process payments, deliver emails, support booking workflows, provide customer service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the business and clients.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, legal process, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Glowtoure, our clients, or others.
Data Retention
Glowtoure keeps information only as long as reasonably necessary for appointment management, client communication, business records, legal obligations, tax/accounting purposes, dispute resolution, and operational needs.
Security
Glowtoure uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information submitted through the website. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted online.
Your Choices
You may contact Glowtoure to request that we update, correct, or delete information you have provided, subject to legal, tax, accounting, security, and legitimate business record requirements.
You may also opt out of non-essential marketing communications where applicable. Appointment-related and transaction-related communications may still be sent when necessary to complete or manage your request.
Children’s Privacy
Glowtoure’s website is intended for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Spray tan services for minors under 18 are provided only with the consent and presence of a parent or legal guardian, who completes and signs the intake and consent forms on the minor’s behalf.
Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to third-party websites, platforms, booking tools, payment processors, social media pages, or product platforms. Glowtoure is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or policies of third-party websites.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
Glowtoure may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
