Glowtoure always recommends The Fitting, 2+ weeks before your wedding-week tan — a trial run of the real thing, so we can confirm your shade and fine-tune the formula while there is still time to change it. Your final wedding-week tan is scheduled 1–3 days before the event (preferably 1–2). The Fitting is settled at confirmation — no deposit now.

The Bridal Party

An in-studio bridal party experience, with a custom-mixed solution for each guest. Available as The Bridal Party or, for the bride, The Bridal Party, Couture — which adds the premium solution and a complimentary infusion. Contour included for everyone.
Deposit · Most services use a 50% deposit applied toward your total. Memberships and bundled packages are excluded from the standard deposit policy unless otherwise stated.

The Bridal Party is bookable now at the studio and on-location. Choose The Bridal Party — everyone gets the Atelier application with contour included — or The Bridal Party, Couture, where the bride steps up to the premium solution with the moisturizing lock-in tan finishing spray and one complimentary infusion, while guests still receive the Atelier application.
Group base price covers bride + 2 guests; each additional guest is +$45. The Bridal Party starts at $210; with Couture, $245. Mobile group bookings are zone-priced — final price is set by your service address.

FAQs
Bridal questions, answered
Do I need a trial tan?
Yes. It is called The Fitting, and it is strongly recommended 2–4 weeks before the wedding. It is a full spray tan done early, on purpose: we see your colour on your skin, then refine depth, undertone, and finish so your wedding-week tan is a repeat of something we have already got right — not a first attempt on the most photographed day of your life. It is $70 on its own, or $50 when your wedding-day tan is booked with Glowtoure too.
When should I book my wedding-week tan?
Most brides schedule the wedding-week tan 2–3 days before the event for a controlled, camera-ready settle.
Will I look orange?
No. Your solution is mixed for your undertone on the day of your appointment — it is never poured from a bottle labelled ‘medium’, and never copied from the client before you. Orange comes from a one-shade-fits-all formula meeting the wrong skin. That is the whole reason Glowtoure mixes custom.
What if I don’t like the colour?
That is exactly what The Fitting is for. We refine depth, undertone, and finish weeks ahead, with time to adjust, so by your wedding tan there are no surprises. Brides who skip The Fitting are the ones who end up guessing.
Do you come to me on the wedding day?
Yes — your home, hotel, or venue. Travel is +$25 in Yuba/Sutter, +$50 in Sacramento, and +$75 in Placer and El Dorado, added to the service. Outside the approved area you will get a custom quote before any deposit is collected.
What do you need from me for an on-location appointment?
A little space to set up in, access to an outlet, some ventilation, and privacy — a bathroom or bedroom is usually perfect. It is worth confirming this with your hotel or venue in advance so nothing is a surprise on the morning.
How long will my tan last?
Comfortably through your wedding week with good aftercare. I will send you exactly what to do — the short version is moisturise daily with an oil-free lotion and avoid long hot showers, pools, hot tubs, and heavy exfoliating.
I have never had a spray tan, or I have sensitive skin.
Then The Fitting matters even more, and it is a good place to start. Tell me about any allergies or skin conditions when you book and we will plan around them — the consent form asks about DHA sensitivity, skin conditions, recent treatments, and medications before your first appointment.
My wedding is outdoors — what about heat and sweating?
Once your tan is developed, rinsed, and settled, it is set. Heavy sweating over time shortens how long it lasts rather than damaging it on the day, and if it is going to be hot I will give you a plan for it.
How does the deposit work?
A 50% deposit reserves your appointment and applies to your total. Before I approve the request it is refundable or transferable. Once confirmed it is non-refundable, and can be transferred once with at least 24 hours’ notice — a change inside 24 hours means a new deposit to rebook.
Can bridal parties book together?
Yes — choose The Bridal Party (studio or on location) or The Bridal Party, Couture (where the bride steps up to the premium tier with a complimentary infusion). Each guest gets a custom solution mixed for her own skin tone. Base price covers bride + 2 guests; each additional guest is +$45. For the bachelorette or any other pre-wedding group, The Guest List is the on-location group tan, and whoever hosts it gets her own tan half off at five people and free at eight.
