Glowtoure policies
At Glowtoure, every appointment is reserved with care so we can provide a personalized, professional luxury custom spray tanning experience. These policies respect both your time and ours while allowing us to continue providing exceptional service to every client.
By booking a service, purchasing a product, gift card, membership, or package, or keeping a scheduled appointment with Glowtoure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the policies below.
Appointment deposits
Most services use a 50% deposit applied toward your total. Memberships and bundled packages are excluded from the standard deposit policy unless otherwise stated.
Before Glowtoure approves your appointment: your deposit secures your booking request and is applied toward your total. If Glowtoure cannot approve your requested appointment time, location, or service area, your deposit will be refunded or offered as a transfer or credit.
After Glowtoure approves and confirms your appointment: deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred once with at least 24 hours’ rescheduling notice.
Manual quote requests do not collect a deposit until Glowtoure approves pricing and next steps.
If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled late, or missed without proper notice after confirmation, the deposit may be forfeited per the cancellation and rescheduling sections below. A new deposit may be required to book again.
Rescheduling policy
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
- When proper notice is given, your 50% deposit may be transferred one time to secure your new appointment date.
- Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a late reschedule and will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- A new 50% deposit will be required to secure another appointment after a late reschedule or late cancellation.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur an additional cancellation fee.
- Deposits paid before final approval may be refunded or offered as a transfer/credit if Glowtoure cannot approve your request. Once your appointment is approved and confirmed, the deposit policy in the Deposits section applies to cancellations.
- If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment date.
- If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and choose not to reschedule, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-show policy
- A no-show occurs when a client does not arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide notice before the appointment time.
- No-shows may be charged the full scheduled service amount to the card on file.
- If a 50% deposit has already been paid, the remaining balance may be charged.
- After three late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows, Glowtoure may require full prepayment for future bookings or may decline future appointments at its discretion.
Late arrival policy
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are running late, please call or message Glowtoure as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
- Clients arriving 15 minutes or more late are not guaranteed to be seen and may need to be rescheduled at Glowtoure’s discretion.
- If the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation, and the deposit may be forfeited.
- A new 50% deposit may be required to rebook.
The Glowtoure Glow Promise
Your result matters to us. Every Glowtoure spray tan is customized based on your skin tone, desired depth, undertone, event timing, and personal preferences.
If you experience an application-related issue, such as streaking, uneven coverage, or an unusual processing concern not related to prep or aftercare, please contact Glowtoure within 24 hours of your appointment with clear photos.
After review, Glowtoure may offer one of the following at its discretion:
- A complimentary touch-up
- A partial correction appointment
- A service credit toward a future appointment
This guarantee is intended to protect clients from true application-related concerns while allowing Glowtoure to fairly review each situation.
The Glowtoure Glow Promise does not apply to issues caused by:
- Improper prep
- Improper aftercare
- Sweating during the development period
- Water exposure
- Shaving or exfoliating after the appointment
- Use of incompatible products
- Skin conditions
- Medications
- Hormonal changes
- Failure to follow rinse instructions
- Personal preference regarding color depth after the agreed-upon consultation
Because spray tanning is a custom cosmetic service, completed services are non-refundable.
Service refund policy
- All completed spray tan services are final and non-refundable.
- Spray tanning is a custom cosmetic service, and results may vary based on skin type, preparation, aftercare, product use, lifestyle, and natural skin chemistry.
- If a concern is reported within 24 hours and qualifies under the Glowtoure Glow Promise, Glowtoure may offer a touch-up, correction, or service credit after review.
- Issues reported after 24 hours are not eligible for refunds, credits, touch-ups, or corrections.
Retail product refund policy
- Unopened and unused retail products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase when they are in their original packaging.
- Opened, used, damaged, or partially used products are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
- If a product is defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please contact Glowtoure within 48 hours with clear photos so we can review the issue.
Online purchase refund policy
- All online purchases made through Glowtoure, including retail products, gift cards, memberships, and packages, are subject to this policy.
- Retail products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging to qualify for return or exchange within the allowed return window.
- Gift cards, memberships, packages, and completed services are non-refundable except where required by law.
- By completing an online purchase, you acknowledge and agree to Glowtoure’s refund and purchase policies.
Gift card policy
Gift cards are redeemable for eligible Glowtoure services or products as stated at the time of purchase. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards do not expire unless an expiration date is legally permitted and clearly disclosed for a qualifying promotional or exempt certificate. Glowtoure will follow applicable California gift card laws.
Lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized-use gift cards may not be replaced unless required by law or otherwise approved by Glowtoure.
Membership policy
If Glowtoure offers memberships, the membership page or checkout will describe the applicable benefits, billing frequency, renewal terms, cancellation terms, and exclusions.
If a membership renews automatically, Glowtoure will provide renewal and cancellation information as required by applicable law. Clients are responsible for reviewing membership terms before purchase.
Package policy
- Package purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased.
- Packages are sold at a discounted or bundled rate and may not be split, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Unused package services may be applied only toward the services included in the original package unless Glowtoure approves otherwise.
- Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of one package session or the applicable cancellation fee.
- Package expiration terms, if any, will be listed at the time of purchase.
Bridal, group, and event booking policy
- Bridal, group, and event appointments follow the same two-stage deposit policy as other services: before approval, your deposit secures the request and may be refunded or transferred as credit if we cannot approve the booking; after Glowtoure confirms your appointment, deposits are non-refundable and may be transferred once with proper notice.
- The deposit is applied toward the total scheduled service cost.
- Final timing, guest count, location details, and service expectations must be confirmed before the appointment.
- Additional guests may be added only if time allows and must be approved by Glowtoure in advance.
- If the guest count decreases after your appointment is confirmed, the deposit already on file may not be reduced; speak with Glowtoure for options.
- Late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows for bridal, group, or event services may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Mobile service policy
Mobile spray tanning may be available inside Glowtoure’s approved mobile service area. Auto-pricing applies only when the submitted city and ZIP match an approved service area.
Addresses outside the approved mobile service area require a custom quote before deposit. Glowtoure may decline, quote, reschedule, or request additional details for mobile appointments based on distance, timing, accessibility, setup requirements, parking, weather, safety, or other operational concerns.
For mobile appointments, clients must provide a clean, safe, well-ventilated space with enough room for setup and service. Pets, children, and other distractions should be kept away from the service area during the appointment.
Client preparation and aftercare responsibility
- Clients are responsible for following all pre-tan and post-tan care instructions provided by Glowtoure.
- For best results, clients should arrive with clean skin and avoid lotion, oils, deodorant, perfume, makeup, or other products before the appointment unless instructed otherwise.
- Clients should wear or bring loose, dark clothing for after the appointment.
- Glowtoure is not responsible for results affected by improper prep, improper aftercare, product use, sweating, water exposure, shaving, exfoliating, or failure to follow rinse instructions.
Health & skin safety
Glowtoure services are cosmetic and are not medical services. Please disclose allergies, skin sensitivities, recent skin treatments, sunburn, wounds, rashes, irritation, pregnancy-related concerns, medications, or any condition that may affect service suitability before your appointment.
Glowtoure may decline, pause, or reschedule a service if we believe the service may be unsuitable or unsafe based on skin condition, disclosed information, setup conditions, or other safety concerns.
Spray tan results vary by skin type, undertone, preparation, aftercare, products used, hormones, medications, skin condition, lifestyle, and timing. Glowtoure customizes each appointment, but exact color outcomes, wear time, and fading patterns cannot be guaranteed.
Results disclaimer
Glowtoure customizes each spray tan based on skin tone, undertone, desired depth, timing, and service goals. Results vary by skin type, preparation, aftercare, product absorption, hormones, medications, skin condition, lifestyle, and timing.
Glowtoure does not guarantee an exact color match, exact wear time, or identical results from one appointment to another. Following prep and aftercare guidance helps support the most even result.
Chargeback policy
- Clients are encouraged to contact Glowtoure directly with any questions or concerns before initiating a chargeback.
- Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in cancellation of future bookings, memberships, packages, or gift card privileges.
- Glowtoure reserves the right to provide appointment records, policy acknowledgments, purchase confirmations, and communication history to the payment processor when responding to a chargeback.
Website, privacy, and terms
Use of the Glowtoure website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These pages explain how website information is handled and the terms that apply to website use, online forms, booking requests, purchases, and communications.
